Well, I had a blog but I really felt like I needed to start fresh! So welcome to my new blog. I always get blog envy looking at so many of the super creative and wonderfully talented people that are out there. I am not going to try and compete, just gonna be me 😉
Had a very strange Thanksgiving, ended my day in the ER with a temp of 103.4. I have now been in bed for 3 days! 3 Days without hugging my little guy or kissing my husband. Things that I have learned I take far to often for granted. I know there are so many other people with far more serious health issues than I and I am so grateful that things weren’t worse than a severe sinus infection. Well, that is what the Dr. jumped on anyway. I have been sick for over a year now and I am finding it hard to believe that it is just severe sinusitis? But maybe so? Gonna try to get into a ENT that invented this ballon thing next week to get his opinion. Hopefully, he will know what he is talking about. Not so much luck in the way of specialist in the past year. There have been more than a couple.
At one point they were all throwing around the big C word and that was a little rough. Not sure what is going on but I have complete faith that God is still on His throne and working it all out for my good. I am so grateful for the days that I do feel really good, treasure them!
The thing that stinks is I really need to get my voice back up to normal so I can get back to working on the Voice Over thing. I love doing it and am really excited about moving forward with it. Although, I have had plenty of time to listen to commercials and practice, LOL 😉
So excited for Christmas! Want to put the tree and lights up so bad! It is gonna be so much fun this year with Sammy being 2.5 now! He loves the lights! I posted a picture of cookies we made last year. Sammy did the sprinkles
I like to think of 5 things every day that I am grateful for – the CROSS, the love of a wonderful man, My Sammy’s sweet hugs, fresh clean sheets & Dr. Pepper 😉
